Sell

To be able to buy products from sex shop customer has to be major (to be fulfilled by age 18 years). When you make an order you must accept the terms of the general store. The sale comes into effect when the customer received the goods ordered. We reserve the right not to consider the order for which there is doubt of data.

Returns

Our store guarantees the right of return products within a week of receiving them. Products can be replaced with other products of same value or greater value and cost of round-trip transportation will be borne by the customer. Also when you want to replace a product, please make a request to indicate the reason for replacement.

If in one week from receiving your order you didn’t took action and didn’t send the order back that the replacement cannot take place anymore. However, if the product is damaged or not working will change it with a new product, the payment of transport being made by us or by you, depending on the case. We will not consider damaged goods in transport, such destruction is not our responsibility.

We will consider your intention to return the command only if the package will be sent in 7 working days to the address mentioned on the package in the right sender. Return shipment will contain the original invoice and a request to mention the reason for return. The customer is obliged to return the products subject to the complaint, and if the package has already been paid then only after receiving the product will be refunded the amount of the order, without taking into account transport costs.

You don’t have the right to return products if: you gave the order for special products, the destruction is caused by transport. If products are in set you will return the entire set, even if the claim is made only for a single object. Transport costs for return are supported by the client.

Products are only returned in original packaging.

Product Recall

All products purchased guarantee specific benefits. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty you have to act as in the following: announce the damage or accident by phone to our number and after that send the product back by post or courier. We will take the product and depending on the reason and extent of damage we will give back a new one. Transport costs will be incurred by you in sending and returning the new product. We do replace the product with one of the same type. In case you do not have that model in stock we will replace with something similar, the same value, after we ask first if you are satisfied with the option. Defective products will be sent along with the original invoice and a request for replacement. If we consider that the product has was broken then we will not replace it and you will have a choice: if you want to receive the product in the stage that you send it to us or you want to buy another product.

Damage to transport

In case of damages due to transport customer has to make complaint to the transporter (post or courier), we do not assume any liability. All you can guarantee is that the product will be packed with care and with a protective start over, just for this reason we don’t take responsibility for transport damage.
